That’s a wrap on 2023 Workshops!
What a wonderful year of weekly workshops at Genesis Studio in LA! I’m so grateful for the opportunity and space to connect, move, and play with so many wonderful people over this past year. It was scary to start a new weekly offering at the beginning of the year, but it was such a joy to bring folks this type of movement on a more consistent basis!
