Happy New year! I hope you had a fantastic Holiday season, and are feeling ready to explore what this year has to offer! I’m so excited to announce that I’ll be back at Genesis hosting weekly workshops every Sunday - at a new time 10-11am. Come get your Sunday morning grooves in with me, then head to brunch and enjoy the rest of your day. For those that aren’t so jazzed on a morning class time, I’ll be hosting a monthly “Night Moves” workshop as well at Frogtown Creative in the Red studio. Check out this month’s schedule below!
