Think, feel, and connect differently.
The Workshop
Moved LA is an inclusive, creative movement experience that helps teams relieve stress, spark creativity, and reconnect - through play. Designed for every body and ability level, our workshops use imaginative prompts and guided movement to shift energy, boost mood, and create genuine connection in under an hour.
Each session blends grounding meditation, a fun group warm-up, and open-ended movement exercises that encourage curiosity, collaboration, and expression - no dance experience required. Teams leave feeling lighter, more engaged, and more connected to themselves and each other.
Founded by movement facilitator and choreographer Sarah Rodenhouse, Moved LA was created to make movement accessible, joyful, and judgment-free. We also offer the “Make Moves” card deck, bringing our most popular prompts to classrooms, offices, and homes for moments of creativity anywhere.
Moved LA makes movement feel fun, freeing, and transformative - helping people think, feel, and connect differently.
