In honor of mental health awareness month, join Moved LA for a fun and creative opportunity to make moves that feel good….for both your body and your mind.

In this judgement-free space, we don’t care what our movement looks like, we care about what it feels like! No choreography to learn, just fun and imaginative prompts to move our bods like popcorn, or lava lamps, or jelly! Sarah will give you plenty of guidance to get creative in making the moves that feel best to YOU!
Beverages and a free gift for each participant is included!
