In honor of mental health awareness month, join Moved LA for a fun and creative opportunity to make moves that feel good….for both your body and your mind.

In this judgement-free space, we don’t care what our movement looks like, we care about what it feels like!
No choreography to learn, just fun and imaginative prompts to move our bods like popcorn, or lava lamps, or jelly! Sarah will give you plenty of guidance to get creative in making the moves that feel best to YOU!
Come get a little silly, connect with yourself and others, and release some stress in this adult creative movement workshop for all bodies and abilities.
*Beverages and a free gift for each participant are included!

Q: I’m not that great of a dancer…will this workshop be hard?
A: No rhythm necessary! Sarah will give you lots of inspiration cues to help you get creative with your moves. You’re in charge of making moves that feel best for your body and mind!
Q: What kind of dancing is it?
A: Creative movement! No choreography to learn. Don’t worry, it’s not like a TIkTok video - just a great way to connect with yoursef and others!
Q: What do I wear?
A: Wear whatever you’re comfortable in to wiggle around, no rules and no expectations!
Q: Do I need to bring anything?
A: Other than a water bottle, nope! We’ll have some other beverages on offer, and a free gift for each mover to take home! *p.s. Come with a song or two in mind so we can build our group playlist!

Parking is limited. Arrive 15 mins early to ensure you have enough time to find a space in the surrounding neighborhood
